Work With The Rural Impact Group

This page is for organizations interested in engaging The Rural Impact Group directly for a teaming arrangement, an RFP response, subcontract work, or a research and data engagement. Reagan Lynch is the firm's principal and the practitioner on all engagements. If you are a prospective client seeking advisory services, start with the Rural Impact Assessment instead.

Who This Is For

The Rural Impact Group is available for peer-to-peer professional engagement in the following contexts:

  • RFP responses. Prime contractors seeking to name the firm as a subcontractor or subject matter expert on a competitive bid or proposal.
  • Direct RFP responses. Organizations with a formal RFP process who prefer to engage through a structured solicitation rather than a direct consulting conversation.
  • Subcontract engagements. Firms with an existing award that need rural advisory expertise for a defined scope of work.
  • Research and data engagements. Organizations needing original data collection, program evaluation, community needs assessments, feasibility studies, or demographic analysis as a standalone engagement.
