- All fees are transparent, fixed, and agreed upon before work begins
- We do not accept finder fees, referral fees, or success-based compensation under any circumstances
- Scope of work must be clearly defined before engagement begins
- We do not accept engagements that would compromise delivery quality on existing client commitments
- Remote delivery is standard; in-person participation may be arranged at additional cost
