Free SAM.gov Registration
Numerous vendors charge $500 to $2,000 to complete a federal registration that the government provides at no cost. We offer done-for-you SAM.gov registration and annual renewal monitoring at no charge, as a matter of principle.
What Is SAM.gov?
The System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is the official federal database for organizations that want to do business with the federal government, whether as a grant recipient, federal contractor, or subrecipient. Without an active SAM.gov registration, your organization cannot receive federal awards.
Registrations must be renewed annually. Lapsed registrations can delay grant disbursements, disqualify applications, and create compliance problems with active awards. Most rural organizations let registrations lapse because no one owns the renewal process.
What We Do
- Registration. We complete your SAM.gov registration through our workspace at no cost. The process typically takes one to two weeks depending on IRS and CAGE code processing times.
- Annual Monitoring. We monitor your registration status and notify you when renewal is approaching. Annual renewals are processed at no charge.
- Transfer of Control. Organizations that want to manage their own registration at any point can be added to their account contact list with no friction. You are never locked in.
This service is available to all four client segments: schools, municipal governments, nonprofits, and businesses pursuing federal contracts. There is no cost, no obligation to engage further, and no strings attached.
Why We Do This for Free
Rural organizations have no reason to pay vendors hundreds or thousands of dollars for a registration the federal government makes available at no cost. This is a structural problem in the federal procurement ecosystem that disproportionately affects rural organizations with limited staff and no one dedicated to tracking federal registration requirements.
Providing this service at no cost is consistent with all operating values we hold: capacity building over dependency, rural-first thinking, and alignment of interests with clients rather than with fee structures.
The relationship that begins with a SAM.gov registration often becomes a paid engagement, a Funding Intelligence Assessment, a grant sprint, or a retainer, when the organization is ready. This is the relationship model the firm is built on: earn trust first, before any commercial conversation begins.
