Strategic Navigator Pilot Program

Five pilot slots are available for the Strategic Navigator engagement at $15,000, a 50% reduction from the full engagement price. All five slots remain open as of May 2026.

What the Pilot Includes

Pilot clients receive the complete Strategic Navigator engagement at half the standard investment. The full engagement includes:

  • Stage 1, Discovery and Foundation. Asset mapping, PESTLE analysis, stakeholder survey, and mission and vision refinement. Delivers a Community Asset Directory, Organizational Profile, and Mission/Vision/Values Working Draft.
  • Stage 2, Strategic Narrowing. Application of narrowing criteria to stress-test assumptions and eliminate non-viable strategic paths. Delivers a Strategic Path Options Brief, Narrowing Rationale, and Scenario and Stress Test Summary.
  • Stage 3, Decision and Dashboard. Board decision facilitation, dashboard finalization, and implementation framework. Delivers the Final Strategic Direction Statement, Decision Rationale, Implementation Framework, and Operational Dashboard.
  • Six Months of Implementation Support. Weekly to monthly check-ins, on-demand access to Reagan, and a formal handoff call at the conclusion of the support period.

Pilot Requirements

In exchange for the reduced investment, pilot clients commit to:

  • Active participation in a structured feedback process throughout the engagement
  • Permission to document the engagement as a case study for our portfolio
  • A written testimonial upon completion of the engagement
  • Permission to reference the organization by name in our materials, proposals, and presentations

No proprietary or confidential strategic content will be disclosed without explicit written permission. The case study documents the process and outcomes in terms the firm and the organization agree upon together.

Is the Pilot the Right Fit?

The pilot program is selective. The right organization for a pilot slot is one where:

  • Strategic clarity has been identified as the primary organizational constraint
  • Leadership is stable enough to see a multi-month engagement through
  • The governing board or decision-making authority is willing to participate in the process
  • The organization is comfortable with its name and story being referenced in professional contexts

The pilot is not the right fit for organizations in crisis mode, under active litigation, or experiencing leadership instability. If you are unsure, taking the free Rural Impact Assessment first is the right step; it will surface whether strategic clarity is genuinely the primary constraint or whether another gap needs to be addressed first.
